Our teams work across distinct areas of the business from strategy, visitor economy, business support, skills and infrastructure and transport. These teams work closely together to achieve the sub-region’s ambition to be the healthiest, most sustainable, most inclusive and fastest-growing economy.

Philip Cox

Chief Executive

Philip’s role is to lead Enterprise Cheshire and Warrington towards its vision to make Cheshire and Warrington the healthiest, most sustainable and inclusive economy in the UK.

Ian Brooks

Finance and Commercial Director

Ian is responsible for financial stewardship and maintaining high standards of governance of Enterprise Cheshire and Warrington.

Alison Harkness

Executive PA to Chief Executive

Alison is responsible for providing a professional support service to the Chief Executive.

Melissa Crellin

Strategy and Public Affairs Director

Melissa is responsible for the ongoing development and delivery of the Economic Strategy for Cheshire & Warrington.

Pat Jackson

Director of Skills and Education

Pat is responsible for developing a strategic approach to skills and education in Cheshire and Warrington.

Roy Newton

Transport and Investment Director

Roy is responsible for the work programme to maintain and update the Transport Strategy and action plans.

Lara Smith

Programme Manager

Lara is responsible for management and support of a variety of funded programmes. This includes the Skills Bootcamps as well as legacy funds such as the Getting Building Fund.

Jocelyn is responsible for the day to day finance within the Local Enterprise Partnership.

Kirstin is responsible for HR and Office Management across Enterprise Cheshire and Warrington and Marketing Cheshire.

Mike is responsible for developing the pipeline of investible projects to deliver net zero for Cheshire and Warrington.
