Policy and Performance Officer

As Policy and Performance Officer, Norbert is supporting the development and delivery of a range of exciting and important policy initiatives and contributing to making Cheshire and Warrington the UK’s most ‘Healthy, Sustainable, Inclusive and Fast-Growing Economy’. This includes supporting the work programme for the new Sustainable and Inclusive Growth Commission and helping to ensure that the Leaders in the sub-region have access to the data and evidence they need to monitor recovery and support decision making.

Norbert recently graduated at the University of Manchester where he was active in student politics, representing a hall of residence and managing its budget. He previously worked as a Quantitative Research intern at the Food Standards Agency looking at the changing levels of public trust. Most recently he worked as a Policy Making intern at Foundations, the National Body for Home Improvement Agencies

and delivered a report on best practice at helping people with a hoarding condition. In his free time Norbert enjoys hiking, cooking, theatre, films and books.”
