Invitation to Tender: Cheshire and Warrington Digital Infrastructure Plan

CHESHIRE AND WARRINGTON LEPCheshire and Warrington Local Enterprise Partnership (C&WLEP) is seeking to appoint consultants to develop a Digital Infrastructure Plan to ensure that Cheshire and Warrington has the digital assets needed to underpin its economic growth aspirations.

The LEP, in conjunction with its local authority partners, is keen to ensure that is has a clear, developed and deliverable plan for the digital infrastructure needed to support its long term economic growth ambitions and the changing nature of how people and business use digital technologies in their homes, workplaces and for leisure.

Bidders are required to submit tenders in an electronic format (i.e. MS Word/PDF) covering the following:

  • Approach and methodology to the commission
  • Track record of undertaking similar commissions
  • The proposed consultancy team, their qualifications, expertise and relevant experience
  • Your approach to project management and quality assurance, including a project plan and timetable
  • A breakdown of costs by task and team member and disbursements

Submissions should be sent via email, along with a completed Form of Tender (see Appendix 1) to: tenders@871candwep.co.uk The deadline for submissions is 17:00 on Friday 21st February 2020
