Chief Executive
Philip's role is to lead the Enterprise Partnership towards its objective to make Cheshire and Warrington a £35bn economy by 2030.
Deputy Chief Executive
Mark joined Cheshire and Warrington LEP in July 2016 to drive the delivery of the area’s ambitious economic growth agenda.
Programme Manager
Rachel is responsible for overseeing the delivery of the LEPs £122m Local Growth Deal programme.
Head of Skills
Pat is working with employers, colleges and other key partners to develop a strategic approach to skills and education in Cheshire and Warrington.
Policy and Strategy Manager
Andy is responsible for the work programme to maintain and update the LEP’s Strategic Economic Plan (SEP).
ERDF Project Manager
Jane’s role is to assist the partnership and DCLG with the activity and future projects that will deliver the European Structural Investment Funds Strategy.
Head of EU Programmes
Francis has a comprehensive background in managing EU Policy and Programmes representing Cheshire and Warrington’s interests at a North West level.
Head of PR and Public Affairs
Sarah is Head of PR and Public Affairs, responsible for raising awareness and promoting the role and work of the LEP regionally and nationally.
PA to Chief Executive, Chair and Chief Operating Officer
Alison provides a professional support service to the Chief Executive, Chief Operating Officer and Chair of Cheshire and Warrington LEP Board.
Growth Director - CSC
John joined Cheshire and Warrington Local Enterprise Partnership as Growth Director for the Cheshire Science Corridor in February 2017. Prior to that he was Head of Research, Business and Employability Services (RBES) at Staffordshire University.
Transport Coordinator
Roy is responsible for the work programme to maintain and update the Transport Strategy, and associated action plans and evidence base, which support the LEP’s Strategic Economic Plan (SEP).
